Pelican Perch was the perfect spot for our multi mother/teenage daughter trip during the "first week of summer" Our favorites included:• Large Bedrooms with king beds and nice bathrooms.• 3rd floor was perfect for the girls to sleep and congregate.• Spacious downstairs with multiple seating• 2 fridges and washer/dryers• Very large pool and hot tub for 30A Standards• Quick walk to public beachWe rented bikes and a golf cart which enhanced our experience. Zachary was a very nice and helpful host. We usually like to stay at different places when we go to 30A but we all agreed we would all love to stay at Pelican Perch again next year!
