Welcome to Bear Haus, the perfect home base for an Alaskan escapade in Anchorage. This spacious 4 bedroom haven is nestled in a charming, serene neighborhood, featuring a scenic backyard with majestic tall pine trees. Watch for the occasional meandering moose! Whether you're relaxing after a day of adventure, challenging friends to games of Pac-Man and ping pong, or creating lasting memories with a large group, Bear Haus awaits. Sleeps 8-10 guests and just a 5-minute drive to the airport!

Located in West Anchorage, close to the Cook Inlet and Knik Arm, the broader Turnagain area.

A spacious 4-bedroom home nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by majestic pine trees.
This thoughtfully designed home accommodates 8–10 guests across two levels, offering both privacy and ample gathering space.

Main Floor: Features a primary bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with a Queen bed. The living area is bright and open, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Lower Level: Includes two additional bedrooms, both featuring Queen beds. This level serves as the ultimate "fun zone," housing our entertainment lounge.
Comfort: While the two large couches are not pull-out sleepers, they offer extra lounging space on each floor.

Amenities
Bear Haus is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home:
Entertainment: Challenge your group to a tournament on the Competition Ping Pong Table or aim for a high score on the classic Pac-Man arcade game. Both levels feature large Smart TVs with cable.
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Kitchen & Dining: A spacious, fully-furnished kitchen featuring modern appliances and a Keurig coffee maker to start your Alaskan mornings right.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower on the main floor; one with a shower/tub combo downstairs). Note: Bathrooms are centrally located and not attached to bedrooms.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home and the spacious backyard. Wander through the tall pines or keep a lookout for the local moose that occasionally meander through the property.

The home is located just a 5-minute drive from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, making arrival and departure seamless.

Bear Haus serves as a premier launchpad for Alaskan adventures:
Nature & Trails: Walk to Lake Spenard in 5 minutes or drive 10 minutes to the scenic Tony Knowles Coastal Trail and Earthquake Park.
City & Culture: Less than 15 minutes to the Anchorage Museum, downtown dining, and local grocery stores (Carrs).
Day Trips: Head to Hilltop Ski Area (30 mins) or take a stunning 1-hour drive to Girdwood for glaciers, festivals, and world-class skiing.
