The owners were very welcoming. Gave great advice on where to eat and visit. The studio apartment was very clean and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!!
Was traveling solo to watch some baseball and do some St. Petersburg site seeing (be sure to check out the Dali Museum). This was a great little place in a cool neighborhood. And everything I did was in walking distance.
Room was clean and comfortably adequate for a Studio. I only suggest to get better directions than Google. Google took me all over the place. It was a lovely drive through the Roser Park Neighborhood. Would use again.
The room was everything and more we could have asked for…Thank you, Pamela.Debbie Block

I like to see people enjoying the spaces we create.
Why they chose this property
Roser Park is the oldest neighborhood in St Petersburg. It is rich with history. I love how all the homes are different and sit on their lots differently. I love the vegetation that only an old neighborhood can have. I love how people come to our neighborhood to take family, prom and wedding photos. Is just a beautiful place to live. It's right in the heart of the city but often I just heart the birds. Oh, and my neighbors are high caliber!
What makes this property unique
Sally Horse Alley was originally a carriage house where the horse and buggy was kept. There is a door that adjoins the room to the rest of the house. I created a stable mural with Sally in it so that people wouldn't wonder about the locked off door. I think it's cute.
