The owners were very welcoming. Gave great advice on where to eat and visit. The studio apartment was very clean and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!!

Was traveling solo to watch some baseball and do some St. Petersburg site seeing (be sure to check out the Dali Museum). This was a great little place in a cool neighborhood. And everything I did was in walking distance.

Room was clean and comfortably adequate for a Studio. I only suggest to get better directions than Google. Google took me all over the place. It was a lovely drive through the Roser Park Neighborhood. Would use again.

Absolutely a great place, comfortable, clean, well located, and very restful. The historic neighborhood is welcoming and a fantastic tourist attraction in its own right.
