We had such a great time here! The house was so cozy and had everything we needed—it really felt like a place where you could just settle in and relax.Being right on the main lake was probably our favorite part. We brought our boat and being able to pull right up to the house made the weekend so easy and fun. The kids absolutely loved the waterslides and spent hours outside, and when we weren’t on the water, we were playing Jenga and board games or hanging out in the hot tub.It was just one of those places where everyone had fun and we could actually relax and enjoy being together. We were sad to leave and will absolutely be back!
We had an awesome stay at Lake Gaston! The property and views were amazing! The dock was really fun and we enjoyed the slide! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed a relaxing fun long weekend! The 3rd bedroom is not really a bedroom - it is a loft, so just be aware of that when booking. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we just had a fantastic stay!

Thank you so much! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. Happy to hear the house and beds were comfortable too!
Back Patio Door Doesn’t Lock-for security purposes, we actually unscrewed a portion of the broom handle to wedge in the doorElectrical-my son received a shock when he went to flip the light switch on in the storage closet down at the dock, as there is no coverLight bulbs- there are more burnt out on the back patio than actually workDishwasher-doesn’t go into rinse cycle, and the detergent doesn’t dissolveAC never reached desired temp-it’s obvious, you know, there is an issue with the AC, as you wouldn’t have supplemental units, but even with those, it still couldn’t maintain temp in the low 70sFridge leaks- we had to keep a towel at the base of the fridge to prevent slip and fallsCans of paint and Mouse droppings in pantryBroken Toilet in the half bath
