The shared private dock offers a covered slip, and 2 more dock areas on each side to tie up your boat. Enjoy kayaks and pedal boat provided. This rental uses the paved driveway, just near the side entrance which provides a 2 tier deck for outdoor entertaining.

Quiet location. Clean. Friendly host. There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom so if there are more than one person, you need to take an additional mirror so you can get ready.

Couple frustrating glitches that hopefully will be avoided in future bookings. -Didn’t receive code to get in. Which I assume included more detailed instructions to get in so I went to wrong property. -AC was set to 77 so I lowered to 75, inside got warmer to 79 before finally going down once it cooled down outside. Donna was accommodating for early check-in. Property is very clean, seems brand new, large fully equipped kitchen. Great shower, nice towels. Furniture and decor is sparse and tired. Nice bed and pillows but plastic mattress cover is hot. Awesome crickets at night. A pathway from driveway to stairs to entrance would be a nice addition.

Air did not work the entire stay. This is August in SC and it never got cool inside the house. Communicated with an owner snd repairman came but still not any cooler when came back after a day on the water. Contacted owner again was told sorry would probably not be fixed before our check out.

The air was working properly as stated by 2 seperate Certified HVAC technician. When the first technician arrive on the Saturday morning the apartment was 70 degrees. The air was blowing 58 degrees and documented as such.The second technician came back out on Monday and stated the coil froze from non-stop running. Both technician said it is not able to maintain 30 degree below outside temps. They also violated our pet policy. These guests also actually parked where I told them not to. Very disappointing guest.

We love lake life, hope you will too. Our place is close to town Clemson University and yet private near the end of the cove. We love the vibe this place offers.

What makes this property unique

Our uniqueness lies in the property set up. We have 2 homes on 1 property. While there is ample room for sharing. We can dock 3 boats, there are 2 driveways and enough property for hosting both rentals. Although we do not support events, the apartment accommodates 6 comfortably, you can rent our mobile home which sleep 8 if available to have 14 guest combine. That is great for large gathering, family events or graduations, etc.
