This was a great place to stay while we waited to be able to move into our new home. Loved that it was pet friendly so we could keep our family together. Close to highways and downtown Saint Paul. Robin aa very responsive and also let us know that a snow emergency was declared so we could move our cars and not get ticketed or tow d. Would stay again.

Great communication prior to arrival with detailed instructions for check in. Place was spacious for 2 of us. Pet friendly, which was a deciding factor for us. Having A/C during the heat wave was a huge relief! Conveniently located, easy parking on the street. Place could use some upkeep and a little more care (entryway, fridge was not cleaned, couch had stains, floors not properly vacuumed, some dishes were dirty, stovetop was dirty, walls had stains, room odors, uncleaned sheets/pillows, fixtures are old could be updated, the whole apartment would look amazing with a fresh coat of paint on the walls and cabinets, etc.). Overall, host is very open to feedback so I’m confident this place will only improve with time. I hope this feedback is helpful so the host can address it with their hired cleaning services.
