This 1-bedroom apartment (700 sq. ft.) with unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views, has a large, fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, tile floors, a Stereo with an iPod dock, a TV & DVD player, and modern furnishings.
Guests will have full access to the property with the exception of the gym and rooftop pool. The 1 Hotel rooftop bar and restaurant “Watr” is open to the public but requires a reservation that can be made on OpenTable. Passes to the gym can be purchased separately.
