Modern condo in relaxing a community. Great location - just a short drive to the historic downtown district and white sandy beaches. This second floor unit has an open and spacious feel with the living, dining and kitchen all flowing nicely together and a large screened in balcony. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space. The primary bedroom is spacious and includes a queen bed and has a walk in shower in the primary bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and located close to the bathroom. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The Conquistador amenities include 3 pools (one heated), a fishing pier, community center clubhouse, tennis and pickle ball courts and walking trails.
Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
30 Day Minimum Stay Required.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
