Welcome to our charming one-bath, two-bedroom apartment located in Sturgis, Michigan, attached directly to a riding arena and a barn with box stalls. This unique accommodation features a full kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room, one king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Guests have access to both the box stalls and the riding arena for their horses, making it an ideal stay for equestrian enthusiasts. Set on an active horse farm, you'll enjoy the authentic farm experience while having modern comforts at your fingertips.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- No smoking

Everything is not bad but the amount of bugs that get in from having the door open for 5 seconds is insane. There’s all kinds of bugs in here. Not pleasant. There’s one window unit to cool the entire house down. You don’t have much privacy someone is always on the property it’s a working horse ranch.
