The epitome of luxury and alpine elegance, our apartments set new standards in the exclusive, equally cosmopolitan and quiet recreation area in Garmisch. Our 175 m² apartment on the ground floor of our new building project is suitable in a variety of ways for a wide range of interest groups. With our own SPA and a large garden, we will complete your vacation perfectly. Numerous restaurants and shops can be reached on foot. The bakery / pastry shop and the bus stop are located directly opposite our apartment. You can use the local buses from Garmisch and Grainau free of charge with the spa cards that you receive from us.

Three great days in Garmish

The property is amazing and so was our host Michael. It has everything we needed for our seven guests. We had a fantastic time! Would definitely stay here again.

Mikail was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for us four guys on our hiking trip. The place is very accommodating with plenty of space, a beautiful back hard, stocked kitchen and an amazing sauna. If you’re staying in Garmisch, do what you can to stay here!!!
