It takes you 10 minutes to walk to downtown Chemnitz. You live in a fully equipped apartment that is all yours. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with two more single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, Nespresso machine and Netflix streaming.

The apartment is functional in a Scandinavian minimalist style
and furnished to a high standard. The large windows ensure a friendly and bright atmosphere. The living area offers a calm and pleasant atmosphere and is ideal for quiet work or relaxation.

One day before arrival you will receive detailed instructions on how to check in completely independently using a key safe.

Public parking spaces are available in adjacent side streets. In addition, a Lidl supermarket can be reached within three minutes on foot.
