About this property

Estrella Mountain Oasis-Something for everyone!

Our home has all new furnishing. The kitchen was updated to include granite counters and all new appliances. Breakfast bar, comfortable dining room, kitchen is open to family room with Flat Screen TV and game room area which has a dart board and 9' shuffle board.

All 3 Bedrooms have new pillow top queen size beds, the living room couch has a pull out double bed. Nice open master bath suite with double sinks, an oval tub, separate shower and walk-in closet.

The backyard has its own covered dining area complete with overhead fan. Wonderful gravity chairs for sitting in the sun or star gazing at night. The pool has a soothing waterfall feature and we have many pool floats to help get that relaxation kicked in! The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

We provide high speed wireless internet a printer for those boarding passes, and Cox Cable on both TVs, and new Washer and Dryer in a separate laundry room.

Please NOTE: We are UNABLE to accomodate CHILDREN for insurance reasons. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with Adult renters only.

The house was perfect in every way, except it was too big for just the two if us, which in no way was a negative. Absolutely everything was thought of, all we needed was a quick trip down the road to the grocery store. We were here for Spring Training, and loved the fact that the home field for the Guardians/Reds is only 8 miles away. The Estrella Mountain Ranch community is beautiful, safe and quiet. The backyard is the perfect getaway to relax day or night. We spent every day in the heated pool since the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, what a refreshing lifesaver it was! Make sure to visit the nearby restaurants in the community and enjoy at least one sunset on the patio at the golf course! Theres no need to leave EMR for anything unless you want to! We hope to be back every year!

Wonderful peaceful stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 week stay in this beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! The hosts were very responsive! Would definately recommend this home!

USA baseball stay

This was a very comfortable house to stay for our USA baseball tournament stay. I will admit, I was initially apprehensive about the distance from the other baseball fields. We come from southern CA and deal with traffic. However, the drive to Glendale and Peoria were not an issue because Arizona traffic is non existent..in other words wonderful. Actually, the area is new and quiet. I ended up liking that more than I had thought. There is a grocery store and other required necessities within driving distance (Starbucks, McDonald's, CVS pharmacy) The house was large enough for more than the 4 of us. My son loved the electronic darts. He and my husband ended up playing each other almost every day. We enjoyed our time in this house. Susie and her husband were very helpful and great at responding to any issues or concerns that we had. We didn't have any beyond needed reassurances that everything was in order for us. This is a great place to stay for spring training and USA baseball tournaments.

Owners: Fantastic to deal with. Property: Exactly what we wanted. Clean, well outfitted.

We went for a week of baseball and 7 games in 7 days is what we did. Perfect for all west side stadiums. The owners were great to communicate with and did everything to help make the experience easy. The house is fully equipped and clean. A great time was had by all. We would stay again next year.

This was our third year visiting Goodyear and staying is this beautiful house. I had to contact the owners about a couple of minor items. Each time I got a very prompt response. Everything about the listing on VRBO is accurate and up to date. We plan to stay here again next year.

Family fun in Goodyear

perfect home for 6 adults to relax and enjoy the greater Phoenix area. Kitchen is well equipped, convenient shopping and amenities within walking distance, or bike if you prefer. Two bikes provided onsite. Fun to hike in regional park a short drive away. Thank you to our gracious, friendly host and hostess. We all would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay for us. Had a few questions once we arrived. Susie and Rick were available by phone to walk us thru our questions as promised in their email dialogue leading up to our arrival. Spring Training

My wife and I have been coming to Goodyear since the new ballpark opened. This is a very nice house and nicely located. It is any easy drive to ballpark in part because the ballpark is approached from south and most of the traffic comes via I-10 from north. The house is just as shown in pics. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. One of the first things we noticed about the neighborhood is that it's friendly and everyone waves as you drive in and out. We hope to rent here again after our pleasant visit this year. The Happy Hour at the golf course is great for enjoying nice March weather and food there is excellent.

Estrella Spring Training Getaway

Our (2 couples) getaway to Spring Training for 2014 took us to this Estrella Mountain Oasis. The property was exactly as listed, both as to amenities, location, and appearance. It was beautifully maintained, like a fine hotel. We spent much of our time playing the many games that were available, our favorites being shuffle board and electronic darts. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had occasion to speak with the owner prior to our arrival and found her to be very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting this area!

We have been visiting Arizona for the past 30 years.
We love baseball and this is the place to see LOTS of baseball. We love the warm, dry climate, and the clean well manicured community of the area.

What makes this property unique

Our Arizona home with its high ceilings, open floor plan and modern kitchen and overall design is the perfect home for relaxing, and entertaining and it gives us that wonderful getaway feeling every time we are there. The backyard is our little oasis with many flowering native plants we chose to contrast with the desert landscape typical to the area. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
