Thank you for sharing your review of Three Palms at Estrella, sorry to see your experience wasn't 5 stars. After reading your review I researched your reservation and saw no correspondence from you during your stay and there was nothing in the review that could have been improved, so unsure why you would only rate four stars, but we hope you will return and look forward to delivering a 5 star experience!
