Welcome to Parkside Blue! Our spacious and colorful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers luxury amenities for 6 guests. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, large windows, and eclectic decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Downstairs, there is an additional living space with seating and a huge projector screen to watch all your favorites!



Outside, take in the fresh air from our patio. The raised patio has seating, a grill, a dining table, and a tube slide that goes from the patio to the yard!



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:

(1) The primary bedroom is on the main floor and features a King size bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a sauna!

(2) The second bedroom is downstairs and features a King size bed and en suite bathroom!

(3) The third bedroom is on the main floor and features a King size bed and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Our location is conveniently close to downtown Fayetteville. For transportation, ridesharing services are recommended. Public transport options are also available.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
