Our townhome is recently designed and decorated to be a sleek & modern showstopper with the utmost comfort. Wander through our 3-story townhome & enjoy beautiful details & color with mid-century modern accents and plenty of live greenery. 



The Abshier Heights is a luxurious newly developed townhome community on the mountainside of Fayetteville. You'll be tucked away from traffic but close enough to have walking access to anything you might need and only 1 mile away from the town square.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. The only area you will not have access to is the garage. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew.



Getting Around:

Located in mid-town Fayetteville, close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

★ Guests do not have access to the garage.

★ The fireplace shown in the photos is currently inoperable.

★ There is one parking spot directly in front of the house, but multiple overflow parking spots in the driveway just feet away from the front door.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- The property is three stories, so please be mindful when using the stairs. We are not responsible for any injuries related to staircase usage.

- The garage is inaccessible to guests.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
