The house is beautiful and perfect for up to four families with kids. The upper floor living is actually really great. The elevator makes it a breeze and the views are amazing. Great vacation even with all of the rain. The just was very responsive when the coffee maker died on us. New one was there in a few hours. Thank you Zack!

We loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment! It had plenty of space for our adult family of 10, was VERY close to the public beach access, and had everything we needed for our stay. The floor plan is roomy and well laid out, the space is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is amazing, and the balconies on each floor were perfect for relaxing. The pool is a great feature and was very clean with comfy lounge chairs for hanging out. Zack was very responsive, answered all our questions and was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Traveling with my big family is tough - 3 generations, me and hubs in the middle caregiving. CCR handled every detail of my vacation rental so well, I was able to just relax with family. Pre-travel messages (quick reaponse), check-in assistance to make sure I got in ok, everything from extra pillows to trash bags/dish soap/spices/throw blankets fully stocked, every detail thought of. They even called after check out to see how my stay was, and left a little gift for us. I fully plan to book thru them directly in the future!

Very nice vacation property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place worked out great for our family. Some of the many pluses of this place is the size with 5 bedrooms and most of them having their own bathroom, it's close location to the beach and the boardwalk and restaurants. it was a very comfortable house with the number of people we had. The realtor, Zach, was very prompt with his followup on a few issues I called him about. Some suggestions I would make to the owners are1) The top floor living area windows really need some type of blinds. Since it gets day long sun, it got very warm up there. Even though we had the thermostat set at 72, the temp read 86 upstairs. Not very comfortable.2) there are no dishtowels and that was not one of the items we were told to bring3) The grill is very small and not well maintained. I had to really clean it good before it could be used. 4) The pool is very nice but the area around the pool could be better maintained. Lots of weeds.5) the living area could use one more chair. With the number of of people we had, there were not enough places to comfortably sit everyone.Overall I would recommend this place for a great family vacation.

I did not expect that I would need a pool with the close proximity to the beach, but it was so nice on very hot days to be able to come back and just relax and float
