Unique Bed n Breakfast (meal by Big Dogs included) 800 sq ft newly remodeled in 2024. Great perks like a POOL TABLE & Keruig coffee maker , there is a half kitchen AIR FRYER/MICROWAVE. Fridge & freezer , WAlK IN CLOSET, 65” TV with SURROUND SOUND, XM RADIO TV & MOVIE APPs KING BED and SLEEPER SOFA Fold out mattress available upon request. This is truly a unique BNB I’m going to feed you and your quest a delicious fresh meal that you will be craving for a long time! The space The building is a commissary kitchen and one short term rental that my guest stay in. It’s located very close to downtown Carlsbad. Guest access Guest have access to the rental it’s totally private. Other things to note My food truck is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-2:30pm I serve breakfast burritos to my guest every morning between 6:45 -7:45 no exception on that time frame and I don’t do a 6:45 delivery.

The space was exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around, spread out our things and even store our bikes. The breakfast burritos are a delicious perk of the stay. Thanks Justin. It was great!
