About this property

Villa for 6 people, with private pool, air conditioning, close to the beach

Our beautiful and lovingly furnished house called "Can Victor" is located in a quiet side street of the urbanization "Pinars de Murada". It borders directly on a nature reserve.
The house has about 160 square meters of living space and is located on a well-kept, 500 square meter plot. A place where you can relax and unwind and finally find peace and relaxation. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Approximately The spacious communal pool with a large lawn and plenty of loungers is 250 meters away. The pool is wonderful, especially for children, socializing and quickly making friends. Our own pool has now been completed and is at your disposal. The beach of Cala Murada is about 1.4 kilometers away. It is not overly frequented and is known for its good water quality. Other very beautiful beaches can be found in the immediate vicinity. The town of Cala Murada is a tranquil, not overly touristy place that covers all daily needs. From the supermarket with bakery, to various good restaurants to banks, everything you need for everyday life is available.

The area around Cala Murada also has a lot to offer. One of the neighboring towns is the picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom, which is probably the most beautiful natural harbor in Mallorca. In addition to high-quality gastronomy, you will find a variety of water sports as well as various other leisure activities. It seems that time has stopped there, because you will find Mallorca in its original, undeveloped and moderately touristic form.
Another important sports port called Porto Christo is also not far away. Golfers will also get their money's worth. The fabulously beautiful golf course Vall d'Or, with a view of the Mediterranean Sea, is only 10 minutes away by car.

The next largest city is Manacor (approx. 21 km away). Incl. Various German doctors, hospitals, the sports hotel and Rafa Nadal's tennis facility, you will find everything you would expect from a city.
It is also contemplative in the interior of the island. The beautiful town of Santanyi invites you to stroll and visit the weekly market.

5 Sterne Traum !!!Dank der vielen Fotos hatten wir schon ein sehr gutes Bild vom Ferienhaus - und ja, es ist auch in echt sehr sehr schön. Da kann man nur noch ergänzend hinzufügen, die Ausstattung ist komplett und wirklich mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Eigentümer und Vorortbetreuerin waren super nett und freundlich, immer erreichbar auch für Tipps. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind fussläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, zum kleinen Stand mit einem weiteren Restaurant ist man ca. 20 Minuten unterwegs. Mit Mietwagen sind dann schöne weitere Orte und Restaurants (Portocolom) schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder ein Haus in der Größe brauchen, dann ist Can Victor unsere erste Wahl.

Wohlfühloase Villa Can Victor

Tolle und großzügige Villa im Osten von Mallorca unweit des schönen Hafenörtchens Portocolom. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir wurden freundlich von Illona empfangen, an die man sich bei Fragen jederzeit wenden kann.Es gibt zahlreiche Relaxmöglichkeiten, im Garten befindet sich sowohl ein Zitronen als auch ein Olivenbaum - toll!Wir haben eine Wohlfühloase vorgefunden und es besteht erheblicher Wiederholungsbedarf. :)Vielen Dank auch an Familie Türk für die nette und unkomplizierte Vermiertung der Villa Can Victor.

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch den Inhaber und die gute Seele vor Ort war vorbildlich, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Im Vorfeld wurden wir mit allen Details zum Objekt gefüttert und da am Anreisetag Feiertag war und alle Läden geschlossen hatten, wurde sogar für uns eingekauft um am ersten Urlaubstag nicht ohne Verpflegung zu sein. Die Immobilie ist gut in Schuss, alles tip-top gepflegt. Toller Pool und hochwertige Gesamtausstattung. Dazu kommt die Erfahrung vom Inhaber, der uns mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und allen erforderlichen Informationen zur Umgebung, aber auch zur Immobilie versorgt hat.

Tolle Villa in guter Lage für Ausflüge an der Ostküste

Die Villa ist sehr schön, sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch in der Küche (wir kochen gerne) haben wir absolut nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der guten Seele vor Ort war angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit an diesem schönen Ort!

Unser Aufenthalt in der In der Villa Can Victor war wunderschön. Es ist dort sehr sauber und gepflegt und entspricht der Beschreibung im vollen Umfang. Die Ausstattung ist wertig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Türk war super und er war sehr hilfsbereit zu jeder Tageszeit : ) Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Mit lieben Grüßen auf die Insel... Gudrun und Stefan

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Wir durften zwei Wochen Ende April/Mai in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Es war blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ilona, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert, war ebenfalls sehr nett und hatte einige Ausflugstipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder (aber nächstes mal lieber im Sommer ;-)

Gelungener Urlaub:)

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Da wir nicht das beste Wetter hatten, haben wir die Poolheizung genutzt, sodass unser kleiner Sohn ohne Probleme ins Wasser konnte. Das war super! Die Kommunikation und der Service waren sehr nett und unkompliziert. Besonders toll war, dass es ein treppenschutzgitter, einen Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett für den Kleinen gab. Auch gab es für uns alle ausreichend Handtücher, sodass man nichts mitbringen muss. Das Haus und besonders die Bäder sind wirklich sehr schön! Ein wenig schade fanden wir, dass man nicht so einfach zu Fuß zum Bäcker oder zum Restaurant laufen könnte. Dies ist jedoch jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Insgesamt daher: ein tolles Haus mit nettem Service. Immer wieder gerne :)

Gemütliche Villa mit grosszügigem Garten und Pool

Die Villa entspricht den publizierten Fotos. Die Eigentümer haben die Villa mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Der Sitzplatz draussen ist sehr gemütlich und auf dem Weber Grill kann man leckere Steaks grillen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat viel Platz und schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, was ideal ist, wenn man mit zwei Teenagern unterwegs ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vor Ort hat uns Ilona in Empfang genommen und mit den wichtigsten Infos und Tipps versorgt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung in eher ruhiger Lage

Das Haus besticht durch seine tolle Ausstattung und den großen, beheizbaren Pool. Die Möblierung ist geschmackvoll, modern, unaufdringlich und luftig, so daß man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Der Kontakt zu den symphatischen Vermietern und der sehr netten Hausverwalterin hätte besser nicht sein können. Die wirklich überragende Küchenausstattung sorgt gemeinsam mit dem Weber Spirit II BBQ dafür, dass man gerne auch mal selbst kocht und grillt, statt essen zu gehen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer eher ruhigen Straße in einer Neubausiedlung, mit dem Auto ist man aber in wenigen Minuten an allen wichtigen Spots.

Perfektes Mietobjekt

Perfekter, hoher Einrichtungsstandart. Wir hätten die Hälfte unseres Gepäcks zu Hause lassen können… Ruhige Lage, jedoch etwas zu weit vom Meer entfernt um mit kleinen Kindern täglich zum Strand zu laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Neuwertige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr gepflegte Finca mit stylischem Pool

Wir haben unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt im Mai/Juni in der Finca in vollen Zügen genießen können. Die Finca ist sehr neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und optimal für einen Aufenthalt (z.B. die Küchenausstattung, Ablagemöglichkeiten, Aufbewahrung, Multimedia, Gasgrill, Strandhandtücher etc.) mit modernen, zeitlosen Elementen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenso optimal, da das Meer nur ca. 2 km entfernt ist, der Gemeinschaftspool um die Ecke und die Anbindungen an umliegende Buchten, wie z.B. Cala Sa Nau, Portocolom und zum Golfplatz Vall’Dor etc. sehr gut sind. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Verwaltung ist ebenso professionell und herzlich zugleich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Villa

Eine traumhafte Villa, der es an nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist außerordentlich gut und lässt einen nichts vermissen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist super und auch die Betreuung war fabelhaft. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die etwas außerhalb gelegene Lage. Daher empfiehlt es sich hier, einen Mietwagen oder Ähnliches, in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ansonsten können wir diese Villa wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und waren rundum glücklich mit unserem Urlaub dort.

Eine Super-Location mit allem was das Herz begehrt!

Unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach nur erholsam. Wir haben uns sofort in diesem schönen und gepflegten Haus wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Frau Gerwenat war hervorragend, der Pool einfach herrlich und in diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Genügend Geschirr, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, etc. etc. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Neubausiedlung von Cala Murada und somit etwas abseits. Ein Mietwagen sollte schon vorhanden sein. Das Haus entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Wir hatten dort eine erholsame Zeit und fühlten uns gut betreut.

Perfekte Premiumzeit

Wir haben schon mehrfach Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern gemacht, jedoch hat dieses Haus durch die tolle umfangreiche Ausstattung die Messlatte nochmal deutlich angehoben. Es ist wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf da - von der Kühltasche bis zu Sandspielzeug und Poolequipment. Nicht zu vergessen der Gasgrill, der für viele schöne Abende auf der Terrasse gesorgt hat. Die Kleinsten wurden ebenfalls nicht vergessen. Ein Treppenabsturzgitter im OG sorgt für Bewegungsfreiheit und ein Hochstuhl und Babybett waren ebenfalls vor Ort. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool, der mit dem Kinderbecken an einigen Tagen von unserer Tochter aufgesucht wurde, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr gepflegt und eine schöne Ergänzung zum eigenen Pool des Hauses. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie während des Aufenthaltes war perfekt. Gelegen im Südosten der Insel sind viele schöne Buchten und Kleinstädte in 15-30 Min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen.

Can Victor ist das perfekte Domozil um seinen Urlaub zu geniessen,auszuspannen und die Insel zu erkunden.Ein äußerst sauberes,modernes und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus,welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.Es ist voll ausgestattet und alles in der Beschreibung Aufgeführte ist auch vorhanden,es wurde an alles gedacht,sogar eine Kühlbox (inklusive Kühlakkus) ,um an heissen Tagen den Einkauf sicher nach "Hause" zu bringen.Eine ruhige Gegend und ausgezeichnete Matrazen gewährleisten eine gute Nachtruhe. Supernetter Kontakt seitens der Vermieter,als auch direkt vor Ort. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Liebe Grüße aus Rheinland-Pfalz
