Our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Beautiful, kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Check in/out was easy and the host was quick to respond when needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Brand new beautifully remodeled house with tons of space. Our toddler loved exploring all the rooms and the “big TV”. Very well air conditioned and clean. Just make sure you bring your own shampoo/soap. Great central location, with a big yard, and it’s a 10 minute drive to Presque Isle, though the traffic is kind of loud at night if that bothers you.

House was as described online. Spacious, clean and plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Centrally located for the wedding we were in town for and close to the Peninsula and Bay and restaurants.The bowl of snacks on the table and fridge in the water was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Would highly recommend if you’re traveling to Erie and would definitely stay here again.

Our group couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was ideal, just minutes from Presque Isle and Erie's Bayfront. The house was spotless, spacious, and the front and back porches gave us great places to relax.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to the beach and close to Waldemere Park. We have them coming up as a family for the last 15 years usually stay at a hotel and this was so much more convenient. The back deck was nice. The inside has been beautifully redone. Beds or extremely comfortable. Nice big open floor plan. The host was easy to reach. If I had a question the checking in an out process was very simple with the code to the door.

Everything is new and clean, showers are great! If you cook, which we do, it is lacking in bakeware and there was no can opener. The beds are beautiful but the mattresses are very soft and lacking in support, which may not be a problem for some people, but it was for us. Location was great for beaches and shopping, Overall the house was nice!

This property far exceeded the expectations from photos posted online! The property is completely updated with quality fixtures and appliances. The owner was very thoughtful, leaving snacks and water for us. The property comfortably housed all 5 of us, with 4 spacious bedrooms. Really enjoyed sitting outside in the large deck!

This home is clean, comfortable and convenient! Our group of 8 had plenty of space and enjoyed the indoor and out door seating. The furnishings and renovations are new and well-done. Beds are comfortable and showers clean with great pressure! The location is so close to Presque Isle, shopping or really anything Erie has to offer. The road out front is busy, but the only time we really noticed the traffic noise was in the morning from the bedrooms. Sitting on the back deck was comfortable and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very large and beautifully decorated. It could have been a little cleaner. I do not like to see hair or reminisce of food when I first walk through the rental. I would have liked to have a larger table and more chairs in the kitchen. Access to a large chopping knife would have been nice too. The host was easily assessable.

This is a beautiful home, everything is brand new. Getting to the house was easy and the house is covenant to restaurants and shopping. The beds are firm and comfortable, plenty of towels, and everything we needed for a relaxed comfortable stay.

The house was in brand new condition. Very spacious and was as advertised/pictured. Check in was moved to about 4:15pm due to the previous tenant checking out that morning. The outlets on the kitchen counters tripped a breaker and it appeared that the main breaker panel was not accessible to us to reset (no coffee with breakfast). The fridge was also leaking water and the host was notified almost immediately after check in. A response was never received from the host. Overall our stay was okay, the house was very clean. The host could be a little more responsive and maybe make the main panel accessible to guests in case of an emergency.

This house is beautiful. Very big and spacious. There is an enormous tv in the living room and a comfy sectional. great for the World Cup games!The bedrooms are all very large, and the bathrooms are well designed.The kitchen is obviously brand new, with top line appliances, and mostly all you would need for cooking. The laundry room is also good sized and convenient.There is a large porch off the kitchen overlooking a big private back yard.The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the AC works very well downstairs, not so well upstairs. When the upstairs was cool enough for sleeping the downstairs was cold. The tile floors made it seem colder. But- I am one of those always cold people.Also this house in on a corner lot and the road in front is a main road and very busy and I wonder if it would be noisy with windows open during cooler weather. The flip side is that we were a few minutes drive to the grocery store, etc.That said, I would 100% recommend this house to someone looking for a spacious place to gather, comfy beds and rooms, and a well furnished kitchen in a convenient location.
