4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 12 guests in a classic and stylish 1910-built home. The primary suite features a king size bed. Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds. A bunk room for six is a perfect spot for the kids.

A fully equipped kitchen, large back deck for grilling and entertaining, and a big front porch allow you to have all the comforts of home, while away!

This home was a perfect fit for what we needed. Actually, more spacious than I even thought it would be. Super clean and updated. We had family coming in from all over sadly for a funeral. The common areas were spacious and the front porch was really cozy. Thank you for the hospitality! Even though it’s a busy area, each morning, I woke up to the sound of so many birds and it was surprisingly quiet overnight when we were there.

Perfect place for a small gathering. Took a trip from Buffalo to Cleveland for a birthday with folks joining from Pittsburgh. Erie was perfect middle ground for a two night stay. Place was spacious and inviting, enough space for dinner in the dinning room and 11 people to watch a movie in the living room. Place kinda “fish out of water” in neighborhood but Erie is friendly and a new bakery is only 6 min walk away. Would stay there again!

I stayed here for a Halloween gathering and it was perfect. The house was beautifully set up, incredibly cozy, and the host was super helpful. They even let us check in early, which made everything so smooth. One unexpected highlight was how many towels and blankets were stocked throughout the home. It sounds small, but it made everyone feel so comfortable and taken care of. We had zero issues and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’d absolutely stay again (I’m already looking at dates for my birthday)!

We were in town for the marathon at Presque Isle. This house was 10 min away. The house has been completely redone…VERY WELL. I can’t say anything bad about the house itself. Neighborhood is…eh, but I didn’t fear for my life like the last review that was posted…lol. There is a church across the street. Everything in this place was done 1st class and the communication was outstanding!! Would definitely stay here again!

This “guest” threw an illegal house party for her birthday that resulted in the police being called out to the property FOUR times in one evening. Completely horrid and disrespectful person who should be banned from the platform.
