This is a nice location. When we got to the location the hot tub was not working but Vacasa was amazing with customer services. There a few things that need worked on at this location. The pool was not clean, the shower heads need replaced, some of the lights were difficult to turn on and off due to missing knobs. One room had zero racks in the closet to hang any items. Our stay was durning a very cold time in Florida, we tired to turn on the heat, but had to turn it off due to a burning smell. Carlos and Yvette were amazing at working to get a refund for the non-working amenities. Overall, this is a clean and pretty location when things work.
