The property was quiet and in a great location for getting to the Innerstadt and various transit options. Grocery and restaurants were walking distance, and if our time there was any indication, the weather is always perfect.

The property is in a beautiful suburban area of Vienna which was well-connected by public transport. The host is very helpful. The apartment is spacious but has a quirky layout which might not suit all groups - it was fine for our small party of 2 friends.

The Apartment is really nice, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. The owner is also a wonderful person that makes his guests feel very welcome.. He went out if his way to ensure that our stay was perfect... I can definately recommend this apartment. The area is quiet and peaceful..The public transportation is close... Unfortunately the only thing I didn't like is that you cannot park for an extended period of time.. Even though there is ample parking in the area. The civil servants of Vienna will ticket you if you do not have a residential pass, I understand its 64 Euro a day fee. So being that, We ended up paying another 150 Euro for parking at a local parking garage to avoid the ticket. However it was stll worth the trip..When we go back I will definately rebook this Apartment...Thank you Viktor. and best regards...Allan, Susanne, Ella and Charlie.... ooh Don't forget Olli

Juliane und ihre Begleitung waren ausgesprochene nette und angenehme Gäste. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert, und die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Super Lage; sehr netter Gastgeber

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr schön ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen, perfekt zwischen dem Trubel von Wien und der Natur draußen. Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln im nahen Supermarkt war kein Problem. Die Lage in Souterrain brachte gute Kühlung bei heißem Frühsommerwetter. Der Gastgeber hat bei zusätzlichen Wünschen und Anfragen sehr schnell geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer gemütlichen Wohnung,die keine Wünsche offen ließ.Parkten unser Auto während unseres Urlaubes im Parkhaus und haben alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wunderbar erreicht.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und gab uns gute Tipps für Wien und die Umgebung. Haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
