The house is clean, comfortable and close to all the shops. Our stay brought us to town for work. It was close to our site and the host was very accommodating. Plan to stay there again!!!
Great location for a moms and teen daughters girls’ trip. Lots of room, super cute and relaxing place. We wish we could have stayed longer! Very thankful you supplied us with so much coffee too!!
We loved our stay, everything was perfect and very spacious. Me and my friends came here for my best friends bachelorette trip and it was so cute and close to Michigan lake. Would definitely recommend!!
Although on the small side, it had all amenities needed and the location was near perfect. It was perfect for the two of us. And if it's just two next time (for a round at American Dunes) I'm coming back.
Close to everything you could need. We ate at Hooligans restaurant and at Norm's ice cream and shopped at the grocery store all within walking distance. Host had great communication and was very welcoming. Plenty of room for a family of 4-5 even with older kids. We will be booking this one again!
The house is well kept with easy access to the highway. There is plenty of space to move around, the beds and couches are comfortable enough to have a good nights sleep and lounge around with friends. Bathroom/kitchen appliances work well. The neighborhood was nice/quiet in the entirety of our stay. The reason for our low review is the misleading information on the properties Vrbo page. While searching for a place with our 2 other friends, a few months in advance, we were unsure if they were going to bring their dog, so on the initial search we didn’t worry about selecting the box for pets (our mistake). This was our first time booking a place to stay where there might be a possibility of a pet staying, so we figured there would be someplace to indicate a pet in the booking process. We found Peter’s listing and saved it thinking it might be a good option. A few weeks later we came back to it and decided to book it. On the properties page it indicates dogs under 40 or 50 pounds (depending on which part of the posting you look at) are welcome. No where on Peter’s listing does it indicate a fee for pets like most Vrbo postings that allow pets and have a fee. So it was a surprise to us when we got billed more the morning of our checkout. Peter messaged us there was a pet fee and blamed it on Vrbo’s drop down boxes to select a pet, instead of including it in his listing. Had there been an indication of a fee in the booking process or Peters page we would have left the dog at home
