There are 3 large bedrooms, all with king sized beds comfortably sleeping 6. The master bedroom has a beautiful private bathroom with a walk in closet and large glass shower next to the jacuzzi tub. The master opens up to a huge screened in lanai and pool, which is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The highlight of the house is the open area kitchen and living room offering comfortable seating, high ceilings, and a great view of the large screen TV. It is perfect for gathering, remote working with desk/workspace area, cooking up your favorite meal, or sipping a cocktail. All overlooking the sparkling pool and lanai with an additional TV, comfortable outdoor furniture and gas grill at your disposal. Your vacation will be turnkey with beach chairs, towels and umbrella all available for your use. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our retreat.
The house is minutes from downtown Bonita Springs where you can rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore all the natural wonders of the Imperial River...fish, turtles, dolphins, manatees & amazing birdwatching!! Downtown is also home to the Sugar Shack, Rooftop bar, Riverside Park and numerous other attractions.
Our home is located a short drive from Vanderbilt, Bonita, Barefoot and Fort Myers Beaches. Shopping, dining, and golf courses are just minutes away. We are also located approximately 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers RSW).
