Let us welcome you to our cozy open-concept home set on a one-acre lot. A peaceful retreat between Orlando and Tampa, just an hour from theme parks and the beautiful Gulf beaches. This property is conveniently located away from neighbors, where children can laugh and play freely without worrying about noise. At the same time, we are less than 10 minutes from the movie theater, shops, mall, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants, giving you the perfect blend of countryside tranquility and city life.
This entire home in Lakeland Florida comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The house features 6 bedrooms four with queen beds, one with a full bed, and one currently set up as a playroom. When hosting more than 10 guests, the playroom can be prepared with a double-size inflatable mattress to comfortably accommodate the full 12 guests. The home also offers 3 full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience.
Enjoy a spacious backyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, kids’ swing, and trampoline—perfect for spending a relaxing afternoon surrounded by family and friends, especially on cool evenings by the fire.
The home features three 55-inch TVs—two located in the bedrooms and one in the living room—perfect for enjoying your favorite shows and movies. It also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, snacks, and desserts.

INSECTS PREVENTION Keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects and pests. The back door may remain open only when the screen is in use. Guests with pets must ensure the screen is not damaged.
PETS Only trained pets are allowed. Not left Pets alone in property unless secured in a crate. No pets on beds or sofas. Clean indoor accidents immediately. Any pet-related damage will be charged.

We were all in town for a wedding so we had a very large family and this house was perfect. It had room for everybody plenty of living space and it was close to everything we needed. The host was excellent.

Initially, I was concerned about renting because the exterior doesn't have any curb appeal. But, the inside layout was great and high quality throughout. My group had 6 guys so it was perfect. One room was also setup as a play area for little kids, so it would be perfect for a big family. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The property was as described, fully furnished, and clean. The host communicated well prior to check-in. We have family nearby and had hoped we found a property to rent when we visit instead of staying in a hotel. Upon arrival, we discovered a gate that must be opened to enter the property. Because the property is on a busy road, stopping abruptly to open the gate is difficult and unsafe, especially since one side swings toward the road. The driveway is only one car wide, and there is nothing provided to secure the gate open. On the first evening, my vehicle was damaged by a hook and eye protruding from the gate when it swung back. After our second night, we experienced an electrical issue that caused us to lose both electricity and water. A short in the well pump tripped five breakers and cut off the water. We understand the well issue may not have been predictable, but the host was not responsive to our concerns and even said the problem was “out of my control.”After 2.5 hours without meaningful follow-up and the passive response, I contacted VRBO support. The host initially said he was trying to reach an electrician, but no electrician arrived. The owner, who lived next door, eventually came over after VRBO contacted him. He forced the power back on, resulting in power surges, flickering lights, and smoke detectors going off. This left us in an unsafe situation while we worked with VRBO to secure a hotel. Ultimately, our group was relocated by VRBO.

We'd like to correct two points for accuracy. After we were unable to find an electrician available to come out that late at night, I went to the property myself and worked to restore power so you weren't left without electricity — I was already on site handling this before VRBO reached out, not after. The outage was caused by a storm that night, which brought a tree branch down on the utility line and created an area-wide electrical fault that also affected the well pump; this was independently confirmed by Lakeland Electric and was outside our control. Lakeland Electric came out the next morning and installed a new service line, and since the property's entire electrical system is new, this ensures reliable electrical service going forward. Regarding the gate, while the road is fairly trafficked, there is enough space between the gate and the street to pull off safely and open it, and the gate itself swings both inward and outward for that reason. We issued a full refund that same night, worked with VRBO to help relocate your group. We're sorry the overall experience fell short of what you'd hoped for, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to host you.

Perfect location for where we needed to be in Plant City, FL. Family friendly! Kids enjoyed outdoor activities like basketball hoop and trampoline. The swing was fun too. House is clean and accommodating for 6 adults and 2 children. Still had a bedroom to spare for air mattress use. Thank you Carlos for your help throughout our stay!
