It's just minutes from Fayetteville and 15 minutes to the University of Arkansas campus.

-Hosts live next door and can be readily accessible if there is a need.
-No alcohol.
-No smoking, vaping or smokeless tobacco use allowed.
-No pets. Will be monitoring for any signs of smoking or pets while staying at property. Please respect our property.
-No grilling
-No open fires per insurance requirement.

We have friendly dogs on site. We also have chickens that may free range from time to time.
