Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a queen bed with ample storage, and the living room's queen sleeper sofa rounds out space for up to four guests. Fresh linens are ready for every stay, so you can settle in and head straight to the water.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a full sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need without a grocery list scramble. The open dining area gives everyone a place to gather after a long day out.

Living area & balcony
The living area is set up for easy evenings - comfortable seating, a TV, and a private balcony where Gulf breezes come through without much effort on your part. Whether it's a slow morning with coffee or a wind-down after sunset, the balcony earns its keep every day of the stay.

Resort amenities
Sunbird Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf, with beach access and multiple Gulf-front pools for swimming and lounging. The resort includes laundry facilities on-site, self check-in via keypad, and a private entrance - so arrival is smooth and at your own pace. Parking and amenity wristbands are available for purchase at the HOA office: parking passes are $30 per pass (one max), and wristbands are $6 per band (four max, required for all guests over 12).

Daily attraction tickets
One complimentary ticket per day to Panama City Beach's top draws comes included with your stay - think a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, WonderWorks Adventure, trampoline park admission, indoor black light mini golf, and a Dave & Buster's Power Card (per stay). Each day opens up something different.

Good to know
There is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. There is no washer in the unit - laundry facilities are available on-site at the resort. Hair dryer and essentials pack are not provided.
