Tucked away above the detached garage, The Hideout offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring St. Augustine. Relax in the living area, enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink on your private balcony, or head out to explore the restaurants, shops, and attractions of the Historic District. Dogs are welcome, too!

The Space

The Hideout is a private second-floor apartment above the detached garage, with its own exterior staircase and entrance.

Parking

One dedicated off-street parking space is provided directly in front of the rear garage. Access is via a narrow driveway alongside the main house, so extra care may be needed when entering and exiting.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome! Please review our pet guidelines before booking.

•Reservations: Please add your pet to your reservation when booking.
•Pet Fee: Up to two dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. If the fee isn't included in your reservation, we'll send a separate payment request after booking.
•Furniture & Bedding: Please bring your dog's own bed or blankets. Pets are not permitted directly on furniture or bedding.
•Pet Waste: Please promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if pet waste is left on the property.
•Pet-Related Damage: Guests are responsible for pet-related damage. Repair or replacement costs may be charged in accordance with VRBO's policies.

Stairs: The apartment is accessed by an exterior staircase.

Access: Door access is via a Smart Lock, and check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cooking: An induction cooktop is provided, but due to fire regulations, there is no conventional stove or oven.

Separate Main House: The main house may be occupied by other guests. The Hideout has its own private entrance and living space.
