The bathroom downstairs to shower was not working, no hot water coming out, 2 bedrooms upstairs very penetrated smell of cigarette and blinds, baseboards and others areas super dusty.

The Beds were uncomfortable and the listing made the beds sound like they were something different then what they actually were. The bathroom was falling apart. My Check In time got moved from 3pm to 4pm. Everywhere I looked on the app and in the house rules says check-in was at 3pm but they wouldn't give me the code until 4pm. We say outside the house in almost 90 degree weather with a newborn because they wouldn't let us in until 4pm. Check out process was easy
