Villa Susana

Villa Susanna was very well equipped, including bowls for cereal which a lot of places don't have. Quite far from restaurants but we knew that that before booking. Has a small roof terrace which we didn't see in the listing. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Location is great, not far from Corralejo, car is essential however if you stand out by the main road its very easy to flag a taxi down.Pool cleaning services needs to be more regular or at least leave the pool net out for guest to clean ahould they wish to do so.We spent around 30 euros on cleaning products and bug sprays, recommend spraying all furniture and bed/bedrooms first. Keep on top of that and your stay will be great.Overall the review for the property is highly recommended and we will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future. Beautiful villa.

Spacious and well equipped

We located the villa easily and we’re met by Holidu staff, Elisa, who communicated as far as possible, given we don’t speak Spanish. Villa as described and well furnished. Comfortable beds. Pool area good and also seating and sun beds provided. We used the BBQ for local sardines, large prawns and fresh veg from nearby supermarkets. Area really quiet. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a pungent, unpleasant odour which seemed to rise from the kitchen floor. This was explained as due to use of grey water to irrigate plants but it did not come from the outside area. Had to leave outer window in kitchen open all the time and close door to living area, to prevent the smell spreading .

Villa Susan

Villa generally good and clean kitchen well equipped, but villa was let down by some items which a little tlc these could be resolved for example other renters commented on smell in ensuite this horrible smell of sewage was present still on our visit clearly coming from drain and I'm sure a good plumber could solve easily , shower also needs updating, lounge sofas were tired and uncomfortable one was rock solid and other you could feel metal through cushions. Outside the pool area on arrival was clean however pool wasn't cleaned at all in two weeks nor did we see pool filter working we've stayed in many villas and most were cleaned every 4 or 5 days not here wound except at least once in 2 weeks. Again outdoor furniture also a little tired and uncomfortable Another issue which owners cannot solve was the villa is close to a busy road and traffic noise by day spoiled the pool side relaxation.

We are sorry to hear about the odours from the guttering, in this case it is advisable to let the host know immediately so that a solution can be put in place as soon as possible. The property is as you can see in the photo gallery in the advert. These are taken by a professional team, avoiding the use of amplifying angles that distort the image and trying to show the reality as it is. This way you can appreciate the furniture that although it is not new, it fulfils its function perfectly, nevertheless what you mention will be reviewed to see what can be improved. The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly, we are sorry if it was not cleaned as regularly as you feel it should be. In such cases you should contact the host during your stay and discuss the situation with them so that they can provide you with a solution. In the photos in the advert you can see that there is a main road running close to the complex. We are sorry if the noise from outside caused you any discomfort, unfortunately this is beyond our control. We welcome all your comments as they help us to improve the quality of our services. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war etwas schwierig, da sie eigentlich nur Spanisch sprach. Aber sie war sehr bemüht und "mit Händen und Füßen" hat es auch wunderbar funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wenn ein Wunsch offen blieb oder Hilfe benötigt wurde, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub ist zu Ende gegangen. Sollte Fuerteventura nochmals unser Urlaubsziel sein, dann immer wieder dieses Haus.

Gute Villa für erholsamen Familienurlaub

Pros: Eine gute Villa für Familienurlaub in der relativ guten Lage: 20 Min zu Strände in El Cotillo oder 15 Min zu Grandes Playas in Corralejo. Ziemlich einfache Ausstattung der Villa, nichts besonderes aber ausreichend: wir haben uns etwas mehr erwartet aber auf Bildern sieht es immer besser als in der Tat! Cons: Etwas laut von der Straße, die vor der Villa liegt. Beim Backofen fehlten alle Zeichen für Einstellungen wie Temperatur und Heizarten, obwohl er neuwertig aussah. Der Blender war außer Funktion. Die Erstattung der Kaution hat uns nicht ganz gut gefallen: die Mitarbeiterin war ein bisschen unfreundlich, ständig mit Kopf geschüttert aber den Betrag komplett zurückerstattet. Wir haben die Villa sauber verlassen, Geschirr abgespült und getrocknet abgestellt, den ganzen Müll mitgenommen, obwohl man es am Tag nicht wegwerfen darf.

Das Objekt ist funktional ausgestattet und entspricht im vollen Umfang der Beschreibung. Die Betreuung in puncto Service und bei einem technischen Problem war hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus war zwar anders als auf den Bildern abgebildet aber dennoch gleichwertig, wenn nicht sogar noch ein bisschen besser. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke an die freundliche Begrüßung - auch wenn die Verständigung (nur in spanisch) etwas schwierig war. Wir kommen regelmäßig auf die Insel und werden das Haus gerne erneut buchen.
