The main level features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom or direct bathroom access.



Bedroom 1: Two Queen beds overlooking the pool, Jack-and-Jill ensuite with tub/shower combo.



Bedroom 2: Full-over-Full bunk with Twin trundle, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom — perfect for kids or groups.



Bedroom 3: King suite with private ensuite and walk-in shower, street side.



Bedroom 4: King suite with private ensuite and walk-in shower, street side.



Each room is furnished with soft linens, cozy coastal décor, and a calming color palette that captures the laid-back charm of Oak Island.

Upstairs, discover the true heart of the home — a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gathering and entertaining.



The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything from pots and pans to bakeware, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Whether you’re preparing a seafood feast or a casual breakfast before the beach, this kitchen is designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable.



The adjoining living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, coastal-inspired décor, and access to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Bedroom 6: Queen bedroom — a peaceful retreat with calming tones.

Step outside and unwind in your private backyard oasis featuring a saltwater pool, comfortable seating, and a gas grill for cookouts. After a day at the beach, rinse off and relax poolside, or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets.



Pool heating is available upon request for $100 per day (please let us know prior to your arrival). Only available if the weather allows it!



Beach chairs are provided to make your stay as stress-free as possible.



🏖️ The Location



Nestled in The Orchards at Oak Island, this home is part of a newly developed neighborhood of custom-built vacation homes located on a quiet street with direct, easy beach access.



You’re just minutes from local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques — as well as golf courses, boat rentals, and family-friendly attractions. Southport is a short drive away for a day of shopping and dining by the marina.



📋 Additional Information



- Guests must be 25 or older to book.



- No pets, smoking, or events allowed.



- Fireplace is decorative only.



- Exterior security cameras for safety (no interior cameras).



- Professionally cleaned with fresh linens and a starter essentials kit provided (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags).



- Cleaning fee includes full bed-making and upgraded towel service.



- Pool is private and unattended — swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.



- Due to coastal weather, some sand or debris in the pool is normal.



Pool Heating Information



Pool heating is available for $100 per night.



The maximum pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.



Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.



If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes approximately 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
