Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all linens in front of the washing machine and start a load. If it’s a Sunday night or Wednesday night, put as much trash as you can fit in the trashcan and take it to the curb.
Turn off all mini-splits. Make sure they are fully off and closed up (when the bottom vents close that means they are off, do not force them closed). Turn off gas to the grill.
Make sure both doors are locked. You lock the door by pressing the # button.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
