This cozy hideaway was just finished in December 2025 and is in the walk-out basement of a private residence. The owners live upstairs full time and are easily available. While this unit is new, the Stuckys own and operate Mountain Peaks Inn and Caboose Coffee Company in downtown Hill City, just 1 mile west of their home. Stay with us to receive coffee coupons and enjoy a beverage or breakfast burrito on us!
This newly finished one-bedroom suite is finished with knotty pine accents sleeps up to 4 guests on a king bed in the bedroom and a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room. It also includes a full private bathroom with a bathtub / shower, mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, tv with Roku Stick, and AC.
