We are a family from North Carolina, and this villa is part of my mother’s longtime Marriott Vacation Club ownership. She is a retired nurse, a master gardener, and a talented home cook who has always valued creating comfortable, welcoming spaces. After losing my father, she travels less frequently, but she continues to thoughtfully manage and care for the vacation properties she has owned and enjoyed for more than 20 years.

Hosting allows us to share a resort we know and trust with other families and travelers, and we take pride in clear communication and making sure guests feel confident and well cared for throughout their stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area of Hilton Head because it offers a perfect balance of natural beauty, relaxation, and convenience. The resort sits along a wide, well-maintained stretch of beach with easy access to walking and biking paths that connect much of the island. The neighborhood feels peaceful and residential, yet it is close to excellent restaurants, golf courses, and local shops.

What we enjoy most is how easy it is to settle into a true beach rhythm here. Guests can spend the day by the ocean or pool, take an evening bike ride along the paths, and still be just minutes from everything Hilton Head has to offer. It is an ideal spot for families and couples who want a calm, scenic setting without feeling isolated.
