Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove bedding and place sheets/duvets on each bed Put all used towels in the shower or tub
Empty trash cans and place trash in the black bin out back Double-check for personal items Make sure all lights are turned off
Set the AC to 75°F. Lock all doors & gate locks (do not lock doorknob lock)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
