Charming Hillside home, Walk/bike to The Back 40, Blowing Springs, & Gear Garden
Guests will have access to the whole house that sleeps 6 people (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds). The patio spans across the entire back of the house where you are sure to see the Deer that visit daily and other wildlife.
There is a firepit and BBQ available for guests. A bike repair station is in the garage for any repairs between rides. Please store bikes in the garage, we've installed bike racks for convenience. Parking is available in the garage and the driveway.
We're just a scenic walk to The Back 40 Trails, Blowing Springs Park, and to Gear Garden, a vibrant local spot featuring live music, food trucks, events, and even a cozy on-site coffee shop.
Upon request, you'll also receive complimentary passes to enjoy a wide range of city amenities, including:

Trails:
Blowing Springs Trail: This 4-mile hiking and mountain biking trail is accessible via the Back 40 trail at the Kingsland road crossing around the corner from the house. It offers stunning views of the Ozark Mountains and the surrounding natural beauty. The trail features challenging climbs, technical descents, and a beautiful waterfall. Be sure to stop in at the Gear Garden for a beer or other refreshments.
Back 40 Trail: Just around the corner from the house, this 22-mile mountain biking trail offers a challenging ride through the scenic Ozark Mountains. The trail features technical terrain, steep climbs, and fast descents, and is suitable for intermediate and advanced riders. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty.
Slaughter Pen Trail: Only 3 miles away from the house and accessible via the Blowing Springs; the trail system offers 25+ miles of interconnected trails for all skill levels winding through the scenic Ozark Mountains and offers stunning views of the Bentonville. Be sure to check out the OZ Castle.
The OZ Trails Bike Park, featuring more than 20 miles of gravity trails that showcase innovative trail design, will be located at the junction of Bella Vista and Bentonville along Highway 71, with easy access from Interstate 49. The park will offer unprecedented daily access to riders across the region.
The development integrates a state-of-the-art Poma-Leitner high-speed chairlift system, providing year-round, purpose-built lift access for riders across all skill levels. The facility will seamlessly connect with the existing OZ Trails network, which showcases the region’s distinctive Ozark terrain. Set to open Summer 2026

We love Bella Vista, with its hiking & biking trails, restaurants, lakes, golf, chapels, and shopping, all within driving distance to Bentonville, Rogers and Pea Ridge. Always something fun to do and experience!

The area is quiet, completely surrounded by nature and trails. The lakes in the area are gorgeous and the 7 golf courses are pristine.. Bella Vista has something for everyone!
What makes this property unique
Trails End Hideaway is a unique combination of cozy and quiet with a truly luxurious Farmhouse/Rustic feel. Recently updated with every detail in mind, the house is clean and crisp, and well stocked with everything guests will need to enjoy their vacation. The back deck runs the length of the house and overlooks the private backyard, where guests can enjoy the firepit or watch the numerous deer and other wildlife who visit frequently. The house is a short walk/bikeride to The Back 40 trail, and from there guests can go to Blowing Springs Park and visit the Gear Garden.
