The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the heat down to 60 degrees in the wintertime and in the summertime, turn the A/C up to 73 degrees at checkout.

Deer Holler Hideaway is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, but is a short drive to all local attractions, antique shops, grocery stores, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, restaurants, Target, and Buc-ees! The property is surrounded with mature lush green trees during the fall/summertime and seasonal views of the majestic Mount LeConte during the winter/spring months. The beautiful part of the property is, there’s no neighbors on either side of us.
