I stayed in this condo last year and was satisfied, however this year I cannot recommend it.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re disappointed to see that your experience did not meet expectations, especially since no specific feedback was provided during or after your stay. For future guests, we want to clarify that our listing accurately reflects the amenities and condo policies. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the condo for guest use and are both photographed in the listing and included in the amenities/supplies description. We also maintain a thermostat range of 68–73 degrees to help protect the HVAC system in the coastal climate while still providing a comfortable indoor environment for guests. This setting is disclosed and has worked well for the vast majority of our visitors. We take pride in providing a clean, well-equipped beachfront condo and encourage guests to contact us during their stay if any issue arises so we have the opportunity to help. We appreciate all guest feedback and continue working hard to provide a great beach experience for future visitors.
