ARRIVAL
Our mountain setting comes with a bit of adventure. The driveway slopes uphill, and from the flat surfaced parking area there is a walk of approximately 45 steps to reach the main living level of the cabin. It is as a short ascent that’s rewarded with breathtaking views, total privacy, and a true “above the clouds” feeling once you arrive. The elevation is what places the house above the surroundings, creating beautiful mountain views, fresh air, and a real sense of seclusion and serenity.

For guests with mobility limitations, this layout may not be the best fit, and we want to be fully transparent so you can plan comfortably.

Parking: Flat surface above the inclined driveway for 2 vehicles. During icy or snowy conditions, we recommend parking at the bottom of the driveway for safety. While street parking is not permitted, many guests—depending on vehicle size—are able to park safely along the side of the road without blocking neighbors.

THE SPA is located on the west side of the house, completely private, away from any houses, and surrounded by nature. It’s rated for up to 7 people, but for best experience, we recommend use of up to 4 people at a time. No matter the weather - shine, rain, or snow, the pergola makes the jacuzzi the perfect amenity to unwind, relax, and enjoy the views of the valley or the natural landscaping on the side of the cabin. Wait until sunset, and you can pull down the projector screen and turn on the projector for a romantic movie night or just play some music videos and create your own resort-style vibe.

*NOTE* - We ask our guests to be mindful when using the jacuzzi.
The hot tub maintenance person services the spa on before every stay to ensure cleanliness. If agreed upon and are arriving before our standard check-in time or are granted an extended check-out time, expect to see someone working on the water. Hot tub use is at your own risk. Please do not allow minors to use the hot tub without adult supervision.

To ensure spa water clarity during the duration of your stay, please shower and rinse off body oils and lotions before entering a spa. These products can make the water foam and make it look unpleasant. Oil can also react with some of the chemicals added to the spa, which can make the water cloudy. If the water is noticeably cloudy or dirty, a $100 fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that the spa cleaners do service before every check-in and that the tub is at the proper pH and cleanliness level. The lid should be on at all times when not in use to ensure the heat remains and that no leaves or dust fall inside the water.


THE GAS-BURNING OUTDOOR FIREPLACE surrounded by lounge seating, which fits comfortably up to 8 people, is the perfect spot to sunbathe with a refreshing drink in hand during the day, or to enjoy a glass of wine, while soaking up the mesmerizing sunsets. Whether you are a party of two, or a small party of friends or family, the expansive 1st floor deck is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors on a nice day or evening. You can have private dinner at the dinner table and then move for drinks and desert to the lounge area. You can also roll down our second projector screen and gather for a movie night under the stars.

*NOTE* - our outdoor projector screen is rated for up to 5 hours of use in Eco Mode, and 2 hours in high-brightness mode. It can also be used as a bluetooth speaker, and even though the cabin is away from any neighbors, please be respectful and keep the volume at reasonable levels.

Please use the gas fireplace at your own risk. Do not leave the fire unattended and always shut off the gas valve when not using. Avoid putting the cover for at least an hour after shutting off the fire, to avoid the hot surfaces from burning through the cover fabric.

The newly renovated cabin includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a queen mattress size sleeper sofa. Making it perfect for couples, families and medium size groups.

LIVING ROOM - KITCHEN - DINING
The open floorplan, joins living room to dining bar, and dining bar to kitchen seamlessly, encouraging interaction, conversation. The large double sliders surrounding the spaces, with views to the east and south, create the perfect background for hosting and entertaining.

The 2 sofas in the living room comfortably sit 6 or even 7 people, and the 65” TV with Dolby Surround 5.1 sound is the perfect setup for an immersive movie experience. The TV is connected to the internet and has access to free channels, or you can stream directly from your phone, or connect your personal accounts with the pre-installed Netflix, Prime, Disney or Youtube.

The dining room sits comfortably 6 people, and the wood-burning gas fireplace creates the perfect setup for formal dinner celebrations or intimate and cozy dining experiences.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, an air fryer, a blender, and of course flatware and cutlery. In the morning, you can choose between the drip coffee, french press or pour over coffee, including decaf options. For the tea lovers, we make sure to maintain a good variety of teas and a fast kettle.

BEDROOM 1 - Master bedroom with a bathroom & a desk.
A luminous moon dominates the wall behind the bed, creating a tranquil retreat. Its gentle illumination spills across the room, casting soft, serene light that creates a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The bedroom is facing the lower deck and has a view towards the valley and the city lights below.

BEDROOM 2
Has two twin beds and may be combined into one king bed upon request. Note - the twin beds setup is our default setup, and unless the guests request the beds to be combined, they will be left separate. The room is facing the lower deck and the lounge + fireplace area, and has an open view of the valley, city lights, plus the stunning sunsets we get on a daily basis.
Washer & Dryer tucked in a closet.
NOTE: Do *NOT* wash muddy clothes in the washer as heavy soil clogs filter and damages the machine. Only light loads of personal clothing are permitted.

LIVING ROOM
Тhe sleeper sofa has a queen-size mattress. We keep comfortable cotton sheets with pillows and a duvet in the living room closet, providing a comfortable sleep and a feeling of being above the clouds due to the proximity of the large sliders near the sleeper sofa. This is also a good spot for movie lovers, with the 65" TV right in front of the bed.
