The welcoming, family-friendly house features a dining room, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating 4 guests. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a TV. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Prepare delicious meals to enjoy together on the spacious, partly covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs and surrounded by a garden with native plants and trees. On the other side of the house, start your day with a fresh coffee in the outdoor lounge area or enjoy a glass of wine on warm evenings. Thanks to its excellent location, within 4 minutes on foot you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream shops, as well as the historic tower and the port promenade. The beautiful sandy beach Spiaggia Le Fontanelle is just 450 m or a 6-minute walk away, perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the Adriatic Sea.

Location bien placée mais peu équipée et literie médiocre

Malgré une proximité de la plage, la location a beaucoup de faiblesse. Tout d'abord les matelas sont mous et de mauvaise qualité. Il n'y a pas de four, peu de vaisselle et de verres. Pour faire la cuisine la gazinière est très vielle avec un seul bruleur fonctionnel. De plus la location peut être bruyante du fait de la présence d'un bar à côté où se joue de la musique. Il a des choses a revoir pour améliorer la qualité.
