This spectacular condo is located directly next door to the Children's Ski School and Rueggli Lift. The complex has the largest and nicest outdoor hot tub on the mountain and a dry sauna. The condo has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom and another twin bed in the room. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and a back deck overlooking the Rio Hondo River with a gas grill.

Amazing views!!!

Great place, very clean, neat and comfy. The views at the back are incredible. There is a fire pit by the river that you can use during chilly nights and in the clear skies the whole Milky Way can be seen.

Wonderful condo right on slopes of Taos

This condo was fantastic. It was less than 300 yards from the snow (learning center lift), was roomy and homey, and had great amenities. The condo manager was so responsive and friendly, providing feedback ahead of time and helping out during the stay. The condo came with ample supply of firewood and kindling for cozy fires throughout our week there. It had the wonderful, big hot tub, too! Perfect for adults only or with kids. Would defintiely come again.

Perfect Spot in TSV

Property was spacious, perfect for family of 4. Kitchen had everything we would need. Mountain / ski lift was very close, it was a really quick walk to lift and then could also take gondola to the village which was nice. Best part though - the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! There was a storm that came through and we got regular updates and while we were there, they were so nice and made sure we were always taken care of. Will stay here again on next visit to Taos!!

Loved our time here!

We absolutely loved the condos. We have a 9 year old who took ski lessons at the children's school, my husband did ski lessons as well, and I spent a lot of time at the rental reading and writing.Super easy access to the gondolita to get to the resort plaza and get coffee or go out to eat. A super fast walk to the kids school as well. We stopped in Taos to get groceries so we had enough food for the week and then went out a couple of times in the ski valley itself, and it was perfect. Everyone who worked on-site was also incredibly helpful and nice. Katheryn even gave me some butter to make eggs with and installed a new heater while we were there! 10/10 recommend and would stay there again. Thank you!

Taos Ski Getaway

Chose this property for location, it’s reasonable price and hot tub. Those were musts and this location hit all of what we were looking for. The property manager is very helpful and easy to get hold of. The property is walking distance to lift and with enough snow it’s basically a ski in to the parking lot. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend this property but definitely buy groceries in the actual town of Taos before getting up to valley. Very limited groceries and dining options up in ski valley.

Awesome mountain condo.

This is the first time I have rented any property rather than a hotel. Wonderful experience. The site was easy to find, clean and well stocked with essentials. Wifi and TV easy to access and use. Each condo had it's own parking space. The scenery was so beautiful. We were on an end condo and the creek circled us. The kids went exploring and my husband ate breakfast on the porch. It was very easy to get hold of staff with the phone numbers furnished. If they did not answer immediately, they returned the call in less than a minute. I would definitely recommend Rio Hondo Condos to anyone going to that area. This will be our go to if we travel here again.

Perfect location and wonderful property

Our family had an amazing experience at this property over the 4th of July weekend. The condo was immaculate and well laid out with everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk bed in the second bedroom and the master suite was spacious and airy. We especially loved being able to open the back door to hear the rushing river. The location was great as well--just a 5-10 minute walk to the central plaza, and its proximity to the children's center would be perfect during ski season. We also had miles of great hiking trails right outside our door. The hot tub and sauna were also clean and well-maintained, which we all appreciated. Katheryn was very helpful and friendly in getting us squared away and checking in to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. There wasn't--it was fantastic. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo instantly felt like home. Truthfully, I fell in love with it. There is plenty of light, a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of seating. Seriously. We loved it.

Our location is KEY...the proximity to the Children's Ski School is a major benefit to the many families that stay with us each year. The amenities are also fantastic for families...the hot tub, sauna, amazing staff, on-site parking, etc. Strawberry Hill is also right next door where afternoon tubing is available Wednesday-Saturday throughout the ski season!
