This upper level unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 persons. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen. Bedroom 3 has one king and a set of bunk beds.The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.The updated dining/living room has a forest view and the balcony has a gas grill. The living area has a large sectional sofa, new flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace. We provide free firewood and firestarter. Amenities include Satellite DISH TV, wireless internet, local phone service (bring long distance calling cards as cell phone coverage can be sporadic), outdoor hot tub, dry sauna, and parking for one vehicle.

The condo was great. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. We were close to the hot tub and laundry room which was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. We would definitely come back and recommend this location.

Spring break trip

The Rio Hondo Condos were perfect for our spring break ski trip. The condo was clean and offered plenty of space for our group of 7. The gondola is within a stones throw away and will bring you to all the shops, restaurants, and the main ski lift.

My family was very pleased with the condo. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Adequate cooking supplies. Large table and family room. Loved the mud room area for our hiking gear. Overall, great experience!

Great for skiing!

The pictures did not do the place justice. The kitchen had been updated from the pictures and it was really nicely done. It may have been the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental which was great because we cooked our breakfasts and dinners at the condo. There are also a lot of hooks and benches right inside the door which was perfect for hanging up our gear and getting ready in the morning. Being right across from the children's ski school was such a plus with 3 kiddos going over every morning. It's also easily walkable to the main lift. We also enjoyed the hot tub and using the sleds available for our kiddos. Honestly I don't have any criticism for this place, I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you are skiing with kids!

Convenient to Children’s Center and Hot Tub.

Our family of 4 enjoyed spring break here and we loved it! Our condo was about a quarter of a mile from the Children’s Center which was ideal because our children were first time skiers. The condo is old but well kept and very close to hot tub and laundry. Book this one and save your steps. Mom of 2 littles.
