The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for our family’s overnight stay after a long day at Epcot. Very close & convenient to WDW. Host was very communicative and responsive. We would love to stay again soon.

We arrived at the community at 11 pm. The security guard told us he couldn't let us in because my car is a Ford F-150 with my company logo. My visit to Orlando was to participate in a construction trade show. We immediately called Leandra to explain the situation; I'm not sure if she's the owner. To my surprise, she knew nothing about that rule and couldn't do anything to resolve it. We ended up paying 60 to park the car at a private house, and the whole process took two hours. Other problems with the property: 1- Worms at the bottom of the pool (about 10), so we couldn't use the pool at all. 2- Used sheets, one of them with a hair on it. 3- The TV in the living room didn't have a power cord. 4- The soaps in the bathroom were tiny and only lasted one day. Leandra offered to make a partial refund but i have been trying to reach her but she is not responding. In my opinion it looks like she is not the owner and maybe she is running too many properties and the wrong team in place.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the community access, HOA rules can change and may be enforced differently depending on the security guard on duty. We understand how frustrating that situation was, and we did everything possible that night to assist. As mentioned, the issue was resolved the following day and the vehicle was allowed into the community. The concerns inside the home were addressed promptly. The pool was serviced right away this can occasionally happen in Florida after heavy rain, but it was taken care of quickly. The bedding concern was limited to one bed, and our cleaning team returned as soon as we were notified to resolve it. A partial refund was offered in good faith. However, we do not engage in or accept any arrangement where compensation is tied to the expectation of a positive review, as we believe in maintaining honest and fair business practices. We remain committed to providing a positive experience for all our guests and appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

I’m so disappointed with how this trip went, we pulled in to check-in and there was a dumpster in the driveway, I walked into the house and the property was completely under construction. I was never informed that the house was no longer available and I even reached out to the host 2 days before arrival letting them know I had cooler boxes being delivered for my work and they never made a comment that the house wasn’t available. The host was able to re-book me another house in the neighborhood, but it was so dated and not at all what I originally booked. The heater in the pool didn’t work, there were no hand towels, and the fan and light didn’t work in the bedrooms. Had I known beforehand that the original house I booked wasn’t available I would have found a different house. I am glad that the host had another house to offer, but the communication was horrible. If you book through this host make sure you reach out to them to make sure the house you booked is still available otherwise you might end up with no place to stay. I also wasn’t offered any sort of refund through VRBO or the host.
