Come see why this 12th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with incredible views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated with easy access on the 12th floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,800 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was amazing and check in was very easy. The only problem was the lack of cookware. There was only one pan for the kitchen and it was a glass casserole dish so if you plan to do a lot of cooking maybe bring some nonstick pans.

Very comfortable condo, decorated beautifully. We loved the balcony and the lazy river. The water slide was geared for small children, but our 9 and 11 year old grandsons still enjoyed it. I found the kitchen to be well stocked, with everything we needed. But a keurig coffee maker would be nice. More chairs on the balcony would be nice, but we brought extra chairs from home.More lamps are needed in the guest bedrooms. Any problems were handled quickly by maintenance, and the resort employees were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend Phoenix Gulf Towers. Thanks to Charlotte for being so easy to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE CONDO WAS READY AND CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL. IT HAS PLENTY OF ROOM AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. I WOULD DEFINATELY RENT IT AGAIN. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED WITH PANS TO COOK IN ROOM.

Loved the place we stayed at. The lazy river, pool, splash pad & beach were a hit. The only thing was there were no kitchen pot holders, pans, or cooking sheets in the entire kitchen. One quick trip to the store fixed that. We will definitely be back!
