Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 24.2 km, pebble beach 1 km.
3-room terraced house 80 m2, south-west facing position. Living/dining room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 220 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man hat alles was man benötigt in der Nähe. Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts. Perfekt für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen.

Modernes Apartment mit tollem Außenbereich

Modernes, hochwertiges Apartment, sehr sauber. Top Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill, von außen kaum einsehbar. Toller Fernblick auf das Meer. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Vermieterin (wohnt direkt nebenan), hat uns mit Eiern, Likör und Gebäck aus eigener Herstellung versorgt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub! Ein wirklich kleines, feines Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Hof und einem erfrischendem Pool! Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung und bequeme Betten! Dort kann man sich richtig gut erholen! Und die herzliche Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seite, falls man es wünscht!

Heerlijk superschoon vakantiehuis

Huisje is precies zoals omschreven. Heel modern, mooi verzorgd, zeer compleet, met een prachtige tuin waar je onder de schaduw van de boom heerlijk zit. Zwembad was ook heerlijk. Ontvangst en contact met huiseigenaren excellent. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

A great house and a great host

We had a wonderful time! The host is living nextdoor and is super friendly, caring and extremely helpful - not only she adviced with everything we asked about, but also we got homemade bread, cookies, their own fruits! The house is really beautiful - modern, clean and really comfortable. The outside area, which you have for your own, is stunning - there is a fig tree that has fruits, a place to grill and swimming pool is cleaned daily, in the morning. I really recommend visiting this place!

Wunderschönes Haus

Haus Ivan ist ein tolles, neues und super Ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Lage. Für Leute die im Urlaub entspannen möchten genau das richtige. Nicht weit weg vom Meer und dennoch den tollen Pool vor dem Haus. Die Hausbesitzer sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen und wenn was fehlt oder man etwas benötigt hat man dies binnen Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf weitere Urlaube dort.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Wij hebben een zeer leuke vakantie gehad hier. Het huis is pas gerenoveerd en ze hebben dit prachtig gedaan. Zowel binnen als buiten is alles heel erg mooi en zeer netjes. Het is er erg rustig en het uitzicht is prachtig. De eigenaars wonen langs het huis en stonden altijd klaar voor tips of hulp. De omgeving is heel erg mooi maar je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Wir durften als Allererste die Unterkunft beziehen und bereuen keine Minute dort. Alles entspricht exakt den Fotos, die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Zudem verwöhnen sie einen mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, einem selbstgebackenen Brot, leckerem Mittagessen, Likör usw. Der Pool ist toll und eine angenehme Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Abends und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Danke an die Familie ...
