Entire Apartment in a Quiet Location

Quiet neighborhood.



You can park directly in front of the house on the street. About 100 meters away, there is another parking lot in case you arrive with several cars. The property is surrounded by trees and bushes and is not visible from the outside.



The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom features a large shower as well as a small sauna. In the apartment, there is a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with sauna and large shower.



The bedroom and the office are directly connected. Bedroom, living room, and kitchen can all be completely darkened. The living room is separate and equipped with a large sofa and a TV that offers access to various streaming services.



Basic groceries such as salt, oil, and sugar are available in the kitchen. If needed, toys for children or books can be provided in the apartment.



The train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Bad Kissingen and Schweinfurt can each be reached in about 15 minutes by car. All destinations can also be easily reached by train.



During your stay, we are always available for your wishes, suggestions, or tips. We do not approach you directly; if you wish to contact us or need anything, please send us a short message or ring the bell.



Please note that the high chair and baby bed are not set up in the apartment by default. If you need them, please let us know before arrival.
