Enjoy panoramic oceanfront views at Golden Sands 1408, a beachfront condo located in one of Ocean City’s most amenity-rich oceanfront buildings. Positioned centrally within the Golden Sands complex, this unit offers front-and-center views of the Atlantic from the living area, along with beautiful bayside views from the bedroom.



Inside, the condo features travertine flooring, a bright open layout, and large windows that frame the coastline. The living space includes a Smart TV and opens directly to the private balcony, where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and set over the bay without ever leaving the unit.



The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home and includes both a Keurig pod-style coffee maker and a standard drip coffee maker — please bring your preferred pods or grounds — along with a toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. A private washer and dryer are located inside the unit for added convenience.



As a guest of Golden Sands, you’ll enjoy access to an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, oceanfront volleyball, a fitness center, game room, and sauna. During the summer season, the building also offers a beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops, making it easy to enjoy your vacation without leaving the property.



From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
