Well equipped 2 bedroom with a great rooftop terrace providing a clear view of the Duomo. We liked the location as it was out of the mass tourist area but still just 15 minutes walk to the stuff you want to see.
This place is lovely. Very large with lots of privacy, in a good part of the city. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Our host gave us a full run down of all the places nearby to eat and visit, even drawing us pictures and labeling a good old fashioned paper map. He was amazing and made the whole check in process feel like he really cared that we had a good stay.
Our first time in Italy was wonderful-and a big reason for that is the apartment we stayed in. The view was spectacular, and the location was close to so many restaurants and sights. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Bravo!

thank you very much for your review. It has been a pleasure to have you here
Our family of four enjoyed our week here. The apartment is clean and nicely laid out. We loved the patio, overlooking the Duomo, for morning breakfast! It’s close to most attractions….walking, the Duomo is 10 min, train station is 22 min, Ponte Vecchio is 15 min. Little Carrefour Express ( grocery store) is nearby as well.
Great place to stay - good location and overall very comfortable accommodation.
In our view the only thing that could be improved was the kitchen. There was very little working space with lots of items covering the surface.
Loved the apartment and location. I highly recommend some time on the rooftop deck. Very local area so there is quite a bit of traffic.
You can walk to so many attractions and markets. We actually shopped the markets and made dinners at home often.
The hosts were not only attentive but very helpful with orienting you to the surrounding area.

thank you very much for your review.
It has been a pleasure to have you here, and we are happy you enjoyed your stay
Loved almost everything. Great unit, had everything we needed. Loved the location and the view. Would suggest a bit more clarity about arriving. In particular where exactly do we meet the property manager. On the street outside the building? Or how do you get in and find the particular unit?
The apartment was very nice, be prepared for 3 long flights of stairs without an elevator. Also, the second bathroom is up a set of very steep stairs, which is inconvenient.
The apartment was perfect. This was our home base to enjoy Tuscany. The host helped us find a close parking garage for our rental car. She also provided the name of a private tour guide for wine tasting day. He took us to the hilltop towns of Montalcino and Montepulciano along with two great wineries. Great to let someone else drive one day. You will want a guide/tour/skip the line to go to the Accademia Gallery to see David. Book using YourTourGuideinFlorence Ricardo is the owner of this company. He was our favorite guide of all the tours we took while in Italy. FYI: You must climb 65 stair steps to reach your apartment. The steps are worth having a rooftop patio.
We traveled with two of our "children" (22 and 24) and this apartment offered enough space and privacy and a good location for getting to and from the train station, Arno and Duomo. The stairs to the loft and also the rooftop deck are fairly steep, so if that's an issue, you may reconsider, but we had no problems and enjoyed the extra space and the views from the roof!
Emanuelle - we loved your apartment right in the old district with walking distance to everything we wanted to see and enjoy in Florence. We walked down interesting streets to the Uffuzi, the Duomo, the Pitti, all the sites of beautiful Florence. But we came home every night to a quiet clean, well appointed apartment and had a glass of wine on the little patio with the Duomo in the setting sun as our view. The apartment on the top floor has all that you could need and the homey details beautified by the art and all the little details in every room.
Emanuele’s map was our “bible” as he drew our routes to everywhere we wanted to go, circled good eating spots and markets which were all excellent. Thank you Emanuelle and Cristina for providing this quiet home in the midst of Florence’s treasures. Our memories there are treasured. Thank you for sharing your beautiful “home” with us.
