Open kitchen with modern kitchen appliances and connected to the living and dining room. From the large living room you have access to the pool area which includes a swimming pool, a bathroom with sauna and a jacuzzi for 2 persons. There is also another bathroom in the house. From the living room you have access to an 80m² open and covered terrace. Large enclosed lot where you can enjoy the summer in peace. The house is heated with heat pump and electric heating. This attractive vacation home is located near the golf course, golf and fun and bowling center and many other activities. Here you will also find restaurants and shopping.
