Located on the 3rd floor at 11100 Coastal Highway in North Ocean City, this spacious 3-bedroom condo offers expansive ocean views and a bright coastal setting. The open, comfortable layout features two large private balconies, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or soaking up the sea breeze.

The condo includes three well-appointed bedrooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed and two sets of bunk beds—perfect for families and kids. Inside, guests will enjoy generous seating throughout, a large, expansive dining room table ideal for indoor meals, and a brand-new washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless and convenient.

Guests can enjoy the expansive sundeck, complete with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs—perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. A brand new outdoor pool is scheduled to open in Summer 2026.

Ashley was an amazing host. She responded in a timely manner and gave all instructions. The place was beautiful, views were amazing and building clean. I appreciate the attention to detail that was taken to label and help navigate the home. We loved the outside front porch for all our shoes and sand items. The balcony and outside space was beautiful. The new pool was amazing as well as the chairs and umbrellas. We had an amazing time and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Irene. The location which was right on the beach was amazing and having a three bedroom really suited our needs perfectly. The brand new outdoor pool opened the weekend we stayed and we all enjoyed it as well as the nice new lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The host Ashley was extremely responsive with communication and the place was stocked with everything we needed including supplies. I really appreciated how organized the place was, right down to pictures in the cabinets telling you where to put things back! We would absolutely stay here again! This was my favorite condo we've stayed in so far!!Hope
